Despite the dark cloud of the pandemic, we’re so happy to share some joy with you that has certainly brightened our year thus far. Our friends of the Daytrippers Charity organization recently donated $50,000 dollars to The Children’s Breakfast Clubs and we are absolutely over the moon.

The Daytrippers Charity organization is focused on bringing Canadian children experiences that build confidence, curiosity and bright futures. They are able to bring these experiences by funding school trips for K-8 that have demonstrated financial need.

Oh! Did we mention that the Daytrippers Charity organization is 100% volunteer-run? It’s true.

  • “Given COVID-19 and the closure of schools and cultural institutions, we wanted to find a way to support Canadian children and redirect our funds for the remainder of the 2020 school year.
  • Happy to support Breakfast Clubs who share our mission to support in-need Canadian children to have bright and healthy futures.”

This generous donation has been used to purchase gift cards that have been distributed to our community members of The Children’s Breakfast Clubs during these uncertain times.
